The format for telephonic Firesides has been changed to better meet the needs of our followers. It will be an opportunity for personal interaction; something all of us who are isolated desperately need. Orthodox Baha'i Meeting in Sacramento, CA, May 7th

The Orthodox Baha'is of California and Utah are pleased to announce a Fireside which is open to the public at 7:30 PM on Saturday, May 7th, 2011. The speaker will be Ian Roebuck, noted author and speaker from Salt Lake City, Utah. We especially and lovingly invite our fellow believers in Baha'u'llah who are currently with the large Baha'i group who would like to independently investigate the living Guardianship.

Jeffrey Goldberg, Hand of the Cause of God, will be our presenter for this timely and landmark fireside. The topic will be: "The Greatest Name: Not Just a Pretty Trademark - A general discussion of the Greatest Name and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals decision"

Jeffrey asks that those who participate read the decision before the fireside. The discussion will go into the religious significance of the Greatest Name in relation to that decision. Jeffrey will also answer questions relating to the decision to the best of his ability, assuming the decision becomes final.
